You’ve spent all that money buying G8F expressions for your G8F characters and now you’ve updated DAZ and now have the new G8.1Female but you can’t use them on her!

Feels like money down the drain? And buying new expressions for G8.1F feels a bit like daylight robbery?

Well you can put away your wallet/purse because there is a work around. Just follow the instructions below.

NOTE: DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DON’T BLAME ME IF YOU COCK IT UP!

Remove the ALL the 1kb files from “…\Data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Female 8_1\Morphs\Daz 3D\Base Pose Head\”

And “…\Data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Female 8_1\Morphs\Daz 3D\Expressions\”.

Or better still just rename the Base Pose Head and Expressions folders if you want to keep the contents.

For the G8.1 Male figure the paths are:-

“…\Data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Male 8_1\Morphs\Daz 3D\Base Pose Head\” and

“…\Data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Male 8_1\Morphs\Daz 3D\Expressions\”

The promo image is the Base G8.1 F with a G8 F expression applied.
